I create spaces for women in midlife and beyond who are longing for a softer pace, deeper connection, and practices that honor where they are - just as they are.
Mindfully Made Values and Guiding Principles
Rest is respected.
In a culture that glorifies busyness, I believe rest is essential, healing and worthy of time and space.
Your body is honored.
My work blends trauma-aware practices with gentle, everyday wellness support that honors your dignity and meets you with compassion - without pressure to perform.
Gentleness is powerful.
Strength, balance, and confidence can grow through slow, accessible movement and supportive connection.
Community matters.
Retreats and gatherings are designed to foster quiet connection, shared presence, and belonging.
You are welcome as you are.
No flexibility requirements. No wellness perfection. Just a soft place to land.
Each offering is created with care- with accessibility, inclusion and support at the center.

Created by an occupational therapy practitioner and registered yoga teacher in the Bastrop/Austin area, this course offers calming, practical practices to help you feel steadier, supported and more at home in your body. Drawing from occupational therapy, sensory-based self- care, you'll learn simple ways to settle your nervous system, create nourishing rhythms, and reconnect with what feels grounding in everyday life.

I'm Julie, an occupational therapy practitioner, registered yoga teacher and guide for those longing for a softer way to move through life.
My work centers around creating a gentle, supportive space to slow down, rest, and feel held - especially in seasons of stress, grief, transition or burnout. I believe healing doesn't always come from doing more, but from being met with care, compassion, and permission to soften.
I bring together clinical training and intuitive, accessible practices to support the nervous system, while nourishing the body, and reconnecting with what feels steady and grounding.

My work is informed by:
-Occupational Therapy Practitioner | OTA licensed in TX
-MS in Holistic Nutrition
-BS in Rehabilitation Services
-Yoga Teacher RYT 200 | My Vinyasa Practice
-Certifications: Trauma Informed Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation | My Vinyasa Practice
I continue to learn and grow through ongoing education in nervous system regulation, rest and embodied practices so I can offer spaces that feel both safe and deeply human.
When I'm not guiding retreats or working in occupational therapy, you'll often find me reading, walking (or running) in nature, savoring quiet mornings or creating gentle gatherings that invite people back to themselves.
